At checkout, confirm whether you are paying in full or paying a deposit with a balance remaining. Include any applicable empty-return charge shown in a business quote when comparing totals.

Check the relevant product’s fuel, tolls, parking, vehicle and driver-service costs. Verify admission tickets, personal spending, overtime and night use against that product’s fee section. Airport transfers have different night-fee rules, so do not apply one service’s terms to another. Child seats and other extras depend on the selected package and actual options.

How should you check overtime?

Current shared product rules list overtime per 30 minutes by vehicle and require cash payment to the driver on site. Read the row for your chosen vehicle, rather than remembering only the lowest rate. For hourly business service, also check included kilometres and the quote rules for exceeding them. Confirm charges and arrangements before extending time, changing the route or adding services.

Currency and final checks before payment

Pay the amount and currency stated at checkout. Business packages and extras use the selected currency locked when booking; overtime rules retain their yen amounts. If the quote, checkout, payment page or confirmation email show different currencies, have this checked before paying again. Read the cancellation terms and keep your booking confirmation.
