Confirm the airport and direction

Narita and Haneda are different airports. Check the airport, terminal and flight number on your ticket, and whether you need pickup or drop-off. Give the full hotel or destination address, not just the hotel brand. Similar hotel names, different terminals and flights around midnight can affect arrangements. Your selected product must cover both the actual airport and the area at the other end of the journey.

When does free waiting start?

Current airport transfer rules include 90 minutes of free waiting after the flight lands for pickup, and 30 minutes from the agreed pickup time for drop-off. Airport pickup waiting does not start after baggage collection or when you reach the exit. Tell the team promptly about a delayed, diverted or cancelled flight. These situations are handled under the booking terms and actual circumstances; extra free waiting or a refund is not automatic.

What if immigration takes longer or you cannot find the driver?

Keep your chosen messaging channel available and tell the team whether you are still at immigration, collecting luggage or at an exit. Before travel, customer support uses your provided contact channel to coordinate the driver and trip. The meeting point and any name-board service depend on your selected service and booking confirmation. For drop-off, if you have not appeared after the 30-minute waiting allowance, the driver may leave without a refund. Do not plan a later departure around that allowance.

Your booking checklist

Check the travel date and time in Japan, flight and terminal, full pickup and drop-off addresses, all passengers and luggage, child-seat needs, a working email address and messaging account. A starting price is not the final price for every vehicle or area. Select the actual date, vehicle and area before checking the amount payable.
