Write out the complete route first

List your starting point, every city you need to visit and your final destination in order. Returning to Tokyo and finishing at a hotel in Hakone are different journeys. Select a route that matches the whole trip. Do not substitute a return route for a different finishing city, or omit an intermediate city to use a lower quote. If no option matches, confirm the trip through the website’s contact channels before booking.

Tokyo city service does not include every nearby destination

The ten-hour Tokyo city route covers Tokyo’s 23 wards. Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kamakura and Yokohama are not automatically included simply because the journey starts in Tokyo. Select a route that actually includes the destination. The city attraction lists are suggestions; you can request unlisted sights within the selected route’s area.

Can everything fit into one day?

Prioritise your essential stops, then allow for driving, meals, breaks and time at each place. Eight or ten hours covers the car service period, not unlimited sightseeing time. Whether Mt. Fuji and Hakone work on the same day depends on the exact start and finish, selected route, duration and traffic. Weather and visibility cannot be guaranteed either.

Confirm extra stops before changing the trip

Discuss the order of stops and your essential destinations before travel. If you want to change the route or add a city during the trip, first confirm the service area, driver arrangements and any extra charges. Suggested attractions are not an admission-ticket package or a promise to visit every place in one day. Check the selected vehicle’s overtime rules if your plans may run longer.
