Within the package time and mileage, destinations and their order can be adjusted around meeting progress, hosting arrangements or last-minute needs, with no need to enter stops in advance. Child seats, a driver who can communicate in English, a formally dressed driver and hotel check-in assistance can be arranged for family travel, overseas guests and formal business occasions. Pricing is based on the selected service-time package and its included mileage; extra time is charged by the hour, and mileage beyond the package is charged separately according to the actual excess distance. Final charges are subject to the live quote or booking confirmation.

You may be charged reasonable cleaning costs if cleaning is needed because of vomiting, spilled food or drinks, oil stains or similar causes. If you suddenly cannot use the service for personal reasons, or passengers do not arrive and the driver and support cannot reach them, we will wait at the agreed starting point for 2 hours. If contact still cannot be made and the trip cannot start normally, the driver may leave. This is treated as the passenger abandoning the trip, with no refund. If special circumstances delay the start, tell the driver, who can continue waiting at the location.
📅 Cancellation and change policy • At least 7 days before the trip starts: free cancellation with a full refund. • Less than 7 days before the trip starts: the full booking amount (100%) will be charged and is non-refundable.
