Private one-way transfer by chauffeured vehicle. Choose the matching route package, and your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup point and take you directly to your destination. If you need several transfer or private car segments, add each package to the cart and check out together. About 24 hours before your trip, SSGO will contact you through WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, or another messaging contact you provided and send the assigned driver details.

The city you select for pickup or drop-off usually means the city area or an agreed service zone, not the entire prefecture. For example, Kyoto means Kyoto City rather than Kyoto Prefecture, Nara means Nara City rather than Nara Prefecture, and Tokyo usually means the 23 wards. If your pickup or drop-off point is outside a common service area, contact support before booking so we can confirm availability. To book, choose the vehicle type, city or route, and travel date, then review the quote and enter your hotel, pickup point, drop-off point, and contact details. During the ride, please do not eat or smoke in the vehicle, and please keep the seats, carpet, and interior clean. If the vehicle needs professional cleaning because of vomiting, spilled food or drinks, oil stains, or similar soiling, you may be charged a reasonable cleaning fee. If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle. If you are unsure, contact support before booking so we can help you choose.

Booking and cancellation policy Cancellation and refunds - More than 48 hours before the trip starts: free cancellation with a full refund. - 24-48 hours before the trip starts: 50% of the booking total will be charged. - Less than 24 hours before the trip starts: 100% of the booking total will be charged, with no refund.
