Booking information - Please choose the service type, city or route, vehicle class, and travel date accurately on the page. Pricing is based on the combination you select. - Please enter the flight number if applicable, hotel or full address, phone number, and number of passengers. - Please provide the hotel name and address in English or Japanese where possible so the driver can locate the pickup point accurately. - We recommend booking 1-3 days in advance when possible. For peak seasons, holidays, and red-eye flights, please book as early as you can. Waiting and meeting - Airport pickup includes 90 minutes of free waiting after the flight lands. Extra waiting may incur additional fees, as shown in the fee details or add-ons. - Airport drop-off and private car service include 30 minutes of free waiting before departure. Please be ready at the agreed time. - The meeting point and pickup details will be confirmed by support or your driver before departure. Luggage and vehicle choice - Please choose a suitable vehicle based on group size and luggage. If you have oversized luggage, a stroller, or many checked bags, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle. - If an infant or child needs a seat or child safety seat, please note this in advance. The first child seat is usually handled according to the package rules. Changes and on-the-day adjustments - If you need to change the date, city, or hotel address before departure, please contact support as early as possible. - Same-day changes to the pickup or drop-off address, stop order, or itinerary must be confirmed with both the driver and support team first. Detour or overtime fees may apply. - Requests outside the booked service scope may be declined or may require a new quote if not confirmed in advance. In-vehicle rules - Please do not eat, smoke, or soil the seats, carpets, or vehicle interior. - If vomiting, spilled food or drinks, oil stains, or similar soiling requires deep cleaning, you may be charged a reasonable cleaning fee. No-show, cancellation, and missed service - If the service cannot be provided because you miss the meeting time, are seriously late, or entered the wrong flight or address, cancellation or missed-service fees may apply under the booking terms. - For cancellation and refund rules, please see the cancellation policy below. - For airport pickup, if we cannot reach you for an extended period, the driver may end the waiting period and leave according to policy. Related fees will apply under the terms.
