We suggest 3–7 days ahead; peak seasons (sakura, autumn leaves, New Year) 2–4 weeks. For urgent trips, contact us and we will try our best.
Yes. Within 48 hours before departure contact your coordinator. Same-day tweaks can often be arranged with your driver; major changes (e.g. different city) may carry extra cost.
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), PayPal, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and more. A deposit (often 30–50%) secures the booking; balance timing is confirmed in writing.
